Cheesecake ice cream with strawberries

Ingredients for 10 scoops of ice cream:

     200 gr. fresh cheese
     300 ml condensed milk
     150 ml fresh cream
     zest of one lemon
     125 gr. strawberry
     3 tablespoons strawberry jam
     50 g butter cookies


1. Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, fresh cream and lemon zest in a bowl. Beat until creamy mixture is obtained and uniform. Allow to cool for 4 hours in the freezer.

2. Whisk fresh strawberries with the jam to a puree.

3. Remove the mixture from the freezer and add the mashed strawberries and chopped cookies.

4. Back to store the mixture in the freezer and let freeze for 24 hours at a time.

5. Remove the ice 20 minutes before serving to shape the balls of ice cream easily.
