What diet to follow to make up for oily skin




Food is very important to improve the problem of oily skin that plagues many young people. Oily skin can be caused by poor nutrition and assumption of too many harmful foods.



Therefore it is important to pay attention to eating habits:

- Drink lots of water to hydrate the skin,
- Only coffee, cigarettes, sweets and fried,
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, dairy foods and whole grains and choose cleansing and purification,
- Taken daily also yeast, in the form of tablets or fresh yeast: is very good for skin and hair and is purifying.
- Consume the least animal protein, and if possible only those of biological origin.
